We sell tea cups, tea sets, and related tea accessories. All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error‑free, complete, or current.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Any price change will apply only to orders placed after the effective date of the change.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method for eligible U.S. addresses. When you select COD:

You agree to pay the exact amount shown on your order confirmation in cash to the carrier upon delivery.
The carrier is not required to provide change. You are responsible for having the exact amount ready.
A COD service fee may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.

We may also accept credit cards, debit cards, or other digital payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to that payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier for COD orders, or upon your receipt of the product for prepaid orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because we offer physical goods, you may return unused, undamaged tea cups, tea sets, or accessories in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit (for COD orders, unless otherwise arranged).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or we made a shipping error.

7. Limitation of Liability
